 Vanished: The Broadway TrolleyThere used to be trolleys all over New York; ours ran down Broadway. The building at left is the former 116th St. Subway stop, since moved underground. If you look carefully at the roadway today, you can sometimes see the remains of trolley tracks when a pothole doesn't get fixed. There are also trolley tracks visible among the cobblestones under the Riverside Drive Viaduct south of 125th St.  |
