Old Riverside Park

This picture shows Riverside Park in the days before it was extended out over the railroad tracks, which used to run right along the edge of the Hudson. They are now in a tunnel and our precious waterfront is wasted, instead, on a freeway. The structure in the background is Grant's Tomb.
