Columbia's Butler Library

This is the main library of Ivy-League Columbia University. Its grand main reading room is behind the row of columns you see. There is a long list of famous writers, not quite readable here, along its front. This building was designed by James Gamble Rogers and funded by Edward Harkness, a pair who rebuilt Yale in the 20's.
