Grafitti Removal

Grafitti is not urban-picturesque folk art; it is vandalism. If grafittists want to express themselves, they can do it somewhere where they have the permission of the property owner. 

Fortunately, most grafittists won't bother if they know that their handiwork will be painted over or removed. This is what should be done by local property owners. The picture below was taken just off Broadway.
